Jodie Day – Director

I am the director of days lettings ltd. I have been in the letting industry for over 20 years & I decided to follow my dream & opened the doors to my new adventure. Since the 1st September 2010 its been about growth, learning and pushing boundaries. Every challenge has shaped me into who I am today and every success has only fuelled my drive to keep expanding. I am grateful for every opportunity and excited for what is ahead.

Being the director of your own company has many responsibilities but the main one is to ensure that I deliver what I promise & to ensure my clients are in the safest of hands. Having a real passion for what I do has been recognized by many of my landlords and tenants and they have come back to me time & time again.

For a landlord it is important for them to feel they can put there trust into an agent and feel confident both them selves and there property are being looked after.

We deal with both professional tenants & students and we always try to build a good rapport with them to ensure they also feel confident that they are dealing with a truly dedicated & professional agency.

Leanne Prentice – Lettings Manager

I started my career with days lettings at the beginning of 2017 and I can honestly say I would never want to work anywhere else. Jodie has passed on a lot of her knowledge from years of working within the lettings industry and the level of service she provides her landlords and tenants with is truly inspiring. She offers her staff so much encouragement and support and it is very comforting to know. She also makes an amazing cup of coffee! My day to day role involves showing prospective tenants properties, liaising with landlords and referencing tenants. My favourite part of the job is moving new tenants into their home and seeing them happy and settled. I get so much job satisfaction knowing that I have helped them through their journey and finding them a new home from start to finish and beyond. I am passionate about my job and pride myself on offering honest, reliable advise to both landlords and tenants as well as offering a friendly and personal service at all times.

In September 2020 I received a promotion to become the Lettings Manager which was a huge achievement for me and something I have worked extremely hard to achieve.


Emma Jones – Office Manager

I have been working at Days Lettings for just over 7 years. I started at the company as a Property Administrator and now I am the Property Manager. I provide that bridge between our tenants and landlords and assist with a variety of property maintenance issues.

As part of my role at Days Lettings, I am also the Office Manager for Wingfield House. Here, I oversee the day-to-day management of the office and the lettings department at Wingfield House. I enjoy having both roles as they give me a variety of responsibilities.

I really enjoy working with Jodie and the rest of the team. I am passionate about what I do and strive to help our tenants and landlords whilst offering a friendly and personal service.


Megan West – Lettings Consultant

My name is Meg and I am the Lettings Consultant at Days Lettings. My journey started in 2022 where I started as a Lettings Coordinator for our Southsea Team. Over time, with constant support and opportunity provided to me by my team I worked up to be a Lettings Consultant, working alongside our Lettings Manager and Director.

There is plenty that I enjoy about my role and time at Days Lettings especially meeting new Tenants and Landlords and building on those relationships. I truly value seeing the process through from beginning to end when assisting a couple find their first home or finding a Landlord long lasting tenants.

With no experience in 2022 my colleagues took a chance on me and welcomed me into the team with open arms and I have not looked back since.


Kirsty Smith – Office Coordinator

I began my career at Days Lettings in 2022 by joining the Property Management team. My role includes assisting with the day-to-day maintenance and general property management queries. The main part of my role, however, is based at Wingfield House student accommodation whereby I handle most aspects of lettings to the students each academic year. This is such a varied role and i really enjoy seeing the students journey from viewing the studios with us, right through to them leaving us to start their careers.

With over 20 years of experience in the Lettings industry, I can genuinely say that here at Days Lettings, the customer service is the best in the business. I have worked for a variety of Lettings and Sales agents across Hampshire which has allowed me to build a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. I’m dedicated and passionate about my role and strive to deliver the best, friendly and personal customer service possible. I honestly feel confident that Days Lettings customers experience the attention to detail that is required to receive an unrivalled service.
